Delete My Account

To proceed with the account deletion, we offer two simple methods:
Account Deletion Form:
- Log in to the Cancun Yacht Rentals app.
- Navigate to the [Settings/Profile] section.
- Find the “Delete Account” option and complete the provided form.
- Please review the information carefully before submitting the form.
My Account:
- If you already have an account, go to the menu located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select “My Account” and log in with your credentials.
- Within the My Account section, you will find a clearly labeled “Delete Account” button.
- Click on the button and follow the instructions to complete the account deletion process.

Additionally, if you prefer, we offer an alternative method for account deletion:
- Fill out the account deletion form, including your name, email, and the phone number associated with your account.
- Within 48 hours, you will receive a confirmation message to validate your request.
